At DESO, we want our customers to be as satisfied as possible, so we are building our support activity and now also increase our support team.
Since the beginning of February, we have a new colleague Matěj, nice to met him. Matěj focuses on IT since he was a boy, he has studied IT at a university and he continues in this area the whole career.
He has worked on many IT projects before he came to DESO. His main focus is customer-oriented services and effective development process. Matěj has been successfully learning about our products and he has been working hard to become a valuable member of our support team.
Moreover, he helps in our company with technical analysis and with the planning of our development team capacities.

We believe that Matěj will move our services again a little further!
