Our customers are taken care of by anyone who is required in the moment, however, you will mostly encounter our customer care managers in the support department:

Martin – an experienced specialist in the support field and head of our support team. He can help you with literally anything in English and Czech, and tickets in German are a welcome challenge for him, too!

Barbora – TMC could be her second name. She administers TMC helpdesk, provides trainings in Czech and English and she is happy to help with your basic as well as advanced setups.

Mariana –  team reinforcement and specialist in database preparation and assistance with pilot project implementation.

David – the newest member of our support crew. He can help you with anything in English and Czech. If he does not know the answer at the time you ask him, he will surely know when closing the ticket.
