Basic Help
Redlike is always ready to provide more information to its users so they would feel comfortable and confident working with the best dispensing software worldwide. You could have noticed that in our previous articles, for example about hint tooltips or notifications. However, our helping help reaches far beyond those informative texts.
In Redlike, these is a section called “Help” which is always visible – nobody can miss it. This section contains our logo, phone number and email address to our support department, the link to our Redlike helpdesk and a text message. Each of these attributes can be customised by you either globally when creating the database or locally on each PC. To perform these changes, access the Help Settings in Redlike (these settings require admin rights).
Advanced Help
Some of you might find this solution restricting, though. That is why we give you the option to create your own and wholly manageable document which you can load into this window. This document can be a html file or a pdf file and you can structure it as you wish. There are no restrictions in graphics, length, content, colours… simply no limitations whatsoever. You are the master of Redlike and its content – it has always been and always will be that way.
