Our Support Team

The main goal of the Support Team is to help our customers use our products as conveniently as possible and to deal with any problem customers may encounter. In general, our team handles customer and internal support duties, manual testing, and other work that may be needed during any ongoing process requiring some technical input that is not solely development related. In a way, you could say that the Support team does a little bit of everything. They mostly function using our ITSM ticketing system, which among other things allows them to get more information about the current issue and be in contact with the Support team at any time.
Martin Vrbka, the Support Team Manager, keeps a protective wing over this team and is mainly responsible for the administration of the support and the smooth cooperation with the other teams. He is always available for the more demanding tasks of other members of his team.
Another member is David Kříž, who has been focusing on supporting our TMC product for over a year but can also support any other products we offer. Another strong supporter of our team is Danil Yasnev, who is the newest member of the team. Danil is very skilled and consistent in his work. He is in charge of support and solutions for all of our products.
Among other things, colleagues are involved in testing and other work related to supporting our planned projects.
