    Print Labels

You Own More Than You Think

There is one bonus coming with all installations of Redlike. When buying Redlike, you are natively owner of an additional powerful tool which allows you to create or modify your own print templates. As it can be sometimes confusing to have a plethora of options, we wanted to make it as easy for you as possible. That is why you have a set of 8 various templates in different sizes and with creative layouts pre-installed. You can either use these directly or you can modify them slightly to fit your needs.

When choosing your templates, feel free to differentiate between those for regular dispensing and those for quick tint (manual dispensing).

    Create or Change

There are multiple ways to modify your templates. For instance, as we have already announced in our Basic Setup Wizard post, the Redlike user can get familiar with templates as soon as during the installation process. In the 6th (optional) step, you can select the one which suits you the best or you can import completely new ones.

As any setting, this can be changed later on. Furthermore, you can access all templates or add new directly from the Redlike settings view. Another comfortable option presents itself in the print preview once a formula has been loaded. Hovering over the question mark or the buttons will give you more information. Both of these ways are only shown to those with administrator rights.

    Variability to Your Likening

Print templates in Redlike work with so called variables. That means that each time when the operator is doing a dispensing, the data is pre-filled on the label automatically and it does not have to be written manually. This lowers the number and probability of errors dramatically.

What appears on the final label is determined by the variable which is used. Each data type has its own variable. You can have printed literally anything – from date and time, names, numbers, and texts to tables, pictures, barcodes, and QR codes.

Thus, for example, you can later use the print label to load all the data from the QR code to re-dispense the very same formula in Redlike! All you need is one of our templates and barcode reader.

There Is Always More To It!
