New Helpers
Having too many improvements can sometimes impact negatively rather than positively. We are aware that it might take some time to adjust to the changes made to the menu structure. That is why we created a very helpful tool for you which finds the desired configuration item for you – get to know our Global settings search. We added an elaborated base of key words so you could find what you are looking for also without the necessity of knowing the exact name of it.
Another amazing feature is the possibility to work with Product codes and to Blend the formula name with formula code into one search field. This enables you to search for one formula based on either its name or its code and you will always obtain only relevant information.
You will surely not miss the change of our tables, regardless if in Dispensing history, To dispense or My orders. They all have filters moved to the upper part of the table which made them bigger and created the desired space for showing and filtering the notes. We also highlighted the active filter fields so you would not be confused why some records are missing. As an extra, we introduced the possibility to hide/show columns so the tables are highly customisable and you can get rid of any futile information.
Satisfied Customers
The work with Customers has been improved as well. First of all, you are now able to assign a margin to a customer. The way customers are assigned to a dispensing has also been simplified as you do not need to click on the button anymore but can start filtering the existing customers directly by clicking on the text “No customer”.
By the way, this release brings the support of new languages, we have added Norwegian, Swedish and Icelandic so if you ever felt like it’s your time to learn these languages, you can now practice with Redlike!
Dispensers and Their Way to Go!
If you read our article about intelligent manual machines, you might be wondering into what extent intelligence goes. Whatever the answer, with this release, the manual machine smartness has been definitely broadened as since now, you have the possibility to print the machine units of your manual machine (Y) on a print label.
See the Progress Yourself
As we pointed out in our post Quick Navigation – time is a precious commodity. Therefore it should not only be used wisely but one ought to always know how much time some activity is going to consume. This can be easily done by progress indications – we always know where we are and where we are going. Redlike 1.5 offers a look at the progress of each dispensing.
Moreover, if your dispenser supports this feature, you will always be aware of the status of all service actions. Redlike provides you with the information about what canister is being handled at that moment, which are still waiting and which have been finished already.
The refill progress can be tracked as well – after each refilling, there is a new pop-up which informs you about how much is actually being refilled, all things considered.
