In addition to business data, TMC also keeps track of your machine’s errors and statuses. Monitoring the service map gives you a quick overview of the current status and any problems that have occurred.
But what to do if you are not sitting in front of the monitor and watching the screen? We are also prepared for these cases. Thanks to service reports and notifications, you will not miss any critical information ever again.
Notifications – Define what you are interested in!
You can define by yourselves in your user profile which statuses are interesting for you. Checking the status type indicates that you want to be informed when the machine enters one of the selected statuses.
If you log in to the TMC in your browser, Windows will automatically pop up a notification in the corner of your screen when the machine status changes.
If you use our TMC MobileCenter app, you will also automatically receive a status change notification on your mobile phone.
If you prefer to be notified by email, there are service reports avalaible for you.
The principle is the same as for other notifications. When the machine enters selected states, all users in the report will receive an e-mail with a proper notification.
