The biggest news that we want to share with you is that we have a new powerful server for data storing. As a part of this release, we have migrated all TMC installations to this server. We hope you will notice a significant acceleration of the whole application, especially when loading graphs and during work in Service tools.
Data overview – keep track of your data!
Are you wondering if all of your data have been successfully processed? Use the Data overview to get a quick and clear idea. You can see the total number of data received, the number of data in the queues, and also the number in business statistics. Thanks to the ratio, you can also see how many percents of the data you already have on your dashboards. For a closer look, use a table of all machines or a table by day.

TCO improvements – manage your costs with the TMC
You could add the purchase price of your machines already in the previous release of TMC. We have received interesting feedback and a lot of ideas from you and so we bring now improvements in the form of additional information such as date of purchase, inventory number and invoice number.

In the service book, you can also add a price for external services. We hope that all these features will help you to manage the Total cost of ownership of all your machines. Do not hesitate and try to fill the data to your machines.
Global service book – central view on machine service records
So far we have had a service book for each machine in the TMC, but in the latest release we bring a global service book that unifies records from all machines at once. As a result, the service has a complete overview of all service records. Use filters to get interesting reports that can be exported then to several supported formats.
Skipped rules improvements – processing unknowns has never been easier!
We also improved the rules in Skipped events. This improvement significantly speeds up the processing of UNKNOWN dispensing, because it allows you to create a rule which will apply to all machines. But remember, the more specific rule has always a higher priority.

Multiple queued dispensing events edit
Now you can fix your data also in Queued dispensing table. If you want to change the product simply select one or more records and type another product name. All empty fields will keep their original value.
Histogram in Timeline
The histogram is an enhancement to work with timeline event statistics. Blindly looking for events gradually in different months is already a thing of the past. All you have to do is to select a period and see the events count in the histogram. When you click the bar in the histogram, the data are automatically filtered. Awesome!
