

German Translations – Herzlich Willkommen, liebe Kunden!
We are happy to introduce new German translations in the TMC! We hope this will greatly simplify working with the application for our German customers. But please take this as a beta version, we will certainly be happy for your feedback.

Shared machines – Are you sharing dispenser with another paint producer?
There are situations when two different product brands are tinted on one machine owned for example by the retailer. New release 2.6 allows you to have the business data in more TMCs in the same moment and so everybody can have own data in own TMC interface. If you are more interested in this topic please contact your Account Manager.

Automatic data processing improvement – significantly speed up the processing of skipped events!
Your data requires some care to keep it in order and ready to be used by your TMC users. One of the main targets of the TMC is to keep such operation as simple as possible but unfortunately, some of our data sources are not precise enough, this is why we have Rules for automatic data processing. The new feature is that such Rules for processing of skipped events can be now applied to all your machines and so it is much easier to set.
Be careful while using these rules, it is a powerful feature which may cause some data changes you won’t if set a wrong way. Anyway, we keep a basic rule for creating Rules – more specific rule has always a higher priority.

Rules for your quick dispensing
In most of the software, you can do a quick dispense (manual dispensing) and in such cases, the operator doesn’t choose a package size very often. At the end, this cause some data inconsistency which TMC can help you to solve. Create a rule with zero package for processing the unknowns.
Ticket notification improvements
TMC is considered by its users more and more not only as some statistic tool but a complex system solution for paint shop operation. One of these kinds of features is our ticketing system we are improving now.
When you create a ticket either the whole service department or selected service technician will receive an email notification. This email notification will now contain more information from the ticket itself, you can see immediately also the Name and Description. There is also a shortcut to open the ticket detail in the TMC where you can manage the ticket further.
