TMC Dashboard Improvements – working with graphs has never been easier
TMC business part went through huge optimization from the ground up. In addition to great performance optimization, we also bring enhanced logic for working with groups. Filtering and tags have also been improved. Until now, it was possible to use machine count only with the time dimension, now it can be also used for other types.
Custom Package in TMC Statistics – is standard package not enough for your customers?
The integration between Redlike and TMC has been upgraded. In the past, all custom packages were considered to be UNKNOWN and had to be processed manually from the skipped events table. As from now, TMC can recognize custom package dispensed in Redlike and based on your TMC installation settings, it processes it automatically to the statistics as a not standard package.
Connection Status – the fastest way to find out the current state of your computers
The essence of the service map is to provide information about the condition of your machines. If the condition of your machine changes, the map will show you this fact immediately. However, the display of changes depends on the setting of transitions between the states – e.g. after how many hours the machine switches from the OK state to the not responding state. As a result, there may be situations where the machine is still OK even when the computer is turned off and you cannot perform some service operations such as remote connection, creating screenshots, sending updates, doing backups, etc. To solve these situations, we have added a Connection state option to the Service tools Map Definition filter. This option demonstrates the current connection between the TMC server and Collector. It is therefore a much more reliable indicator of the availability of the computer.
New Filter in Service Tools – focus only on machines that currently require your attention
Another enhacement of service tools is the addition of a filter for the occurrence of certain events over time. Now you can filter, for example, only machines on which an error occurred in the last hour or machines on which no dispensing has taken place for a week. There are a number of combinations available so feel free to try it yourself!
Ticket Improvements – complex ticketing system ready for use
We have been constantly advancing our ticketing system since the last release. Notifications when handing over the tickets have been improved. The service technician can now add attachments. Smart chat has also been bettered – now every action that is performed with the ticket is logged in the chat, e.g. change of technician, priority, status, notes. Thanks to this, you will not miss any important information.
